Terms of Service

COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE

Upon commissioning me, I will add your commission to my Trello queue which is updated in real time! I am very communicative with my clients, and I will send sketch WIPs to be approved by the commissioner.
My Trello queue is very important when it comes to my commissions, if you want to see what stage your commission is in (Sketching, Coloring, Lining, Finalizing, etc.), you are able to see it on my Trello!PAYMENT
Payments are processed via PayPal or CashApp.
I only accept 100% payment up-front unless the total price of the commissions exceed $100 USD. For those commissions I will accept 50% up-front and the remaining 50% after sketch has been approved.REFUNDS
I will only accept full refunds if I have not started your commission!
If I have completed a sketch of your commission, you will only be able to receive a 75% refund. However, once I have started to finalize or have finished your piece, there are no refunds.
Note: In extremely rare cases of injury or illness and I do not complete your commission within two months, you will receive a full refund.TURNAROUND TIMES
My commissions are typically completed within 14 days depending on your position in the queue.*In rare case of large queue size, this may be extended
I always put due dates for myself on every single commission as I find this is the easiest for me to stay organized! If you'd like to see when your commission will be completed, please check my Trello queue!Please note that I am a fulltime college student and work a part-time job, the due dates will be worked around depending on my current work load! I have the right to refuse service if I do not feel comfortable taking your commission.
I currently do not offer NSFW options for my artwork and I refuse to draw anything relating to extreme kinks, hateful or harmful artwork, etc.
Feel free to ask me if something is okay!

If you need to do so please discuss with me. I like to keep track of my designs, and I can keep them in a folder for you as "Sold Characters" for those that would like to part with Toyhouse or not use Toyhouse any longer, and if you come back to Toyhouse I will happily transfer them back to you! (Alternatively, you can transfer them to someone you can trust or to an alt. / storage account!)Please do not sell the design for more than what you paid for unless additional art added!You may alter the design, but please keep it recognizable from the original and definitely give credit where it is due!Commercial Use & Personal Usage for both Artwork & Designs
Designs and Artworks by PoolPvrty are not authorized for commercial use - such as merchandise, novels, comic books, company mascots, etc. The design or artwork may not but used to generate any profit.
All my works are by default for personal and non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified.
Commercial Rights for my designs and art pieces are available for purchase and pricing may be discussed, subject to approval.
Additionally, my designs, artwork, or any unauthorized modified works of mine are strictly prohibited from NFT usage.
